It EN HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2008-052 A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing on the 10`' day of November, 2008, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and 462.358, subd. 7; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the public's interest in: (1) All those parts of the following easements which lie southerly and southwesterly of the northerly and northeasterly right-of-way line of the Minnesota Transfer'Railway Co. as said right-of-way line is shown on the plat of the Northeast Corner Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota: (a) Those certain road and utility easements described in document numbers 1585079; 1719279; 2358302; and 2479184, Ramsey County Records; (b) Those certain road and utility easements described in that portion of Document No.: 1832660 Ramsey County Records, relating to Parcel No. 22; (2) All of Third Avenue NE and 13`h Street NE as dedicated in the plat of Northeast Comer Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. (3) That part of a 60 foot permanent road easement over that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying within the Minnesota Transfer Railway Co. right-of-way. The centerline of which is described as commencing at a point on the northerly line of said Minnesota Transfer Railway Co. right-of-way distant 35 feet westerly of the southeast comer of Lot 8, Block 1, Butcher's Allotment No. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence northerly andhparallel with the easterly line of said Lot 8 to the southerly line of 14` Street N.E. and the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence
