ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - June 8, 2009 17 Councilmember Grant clarified that the Odd Fellows Lodge would also need to register under the ordinance. Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that this is correct. Mayor Harpstead clarified that this ordinance applies to dwelling units or buildings not rooms.
