<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - June 29, 2009 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated that the Council had not talked about the <br />assessment policy until it had appeared on the agenda and one of the questions in <br />the work session was "why was it on the agenda". <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated that there were two aspects to this: the Council had <br />tabled a discussion of the assessment policy and whether the Council should discuss <br />the assessment policy. The decision of the Council was to not bring the assessment <br />policy back for further discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem McClung suggested either modifying or striking the last sentence. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to table the April 20, 2009 City Council <br />W orksession Meeting Minutes. The motion carried unanimously (4- <br />0). <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern McClung requested that Staff review the tapes of this meeting. <br /> <br />B. April 27.. 2009 Re2ular City Council Meetin2 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the April 27, 2009 Regular City Council <br />Meeting Minutes as presented.
