MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 31, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Update <br />Joint Work Session With Ramsey County Board <br />The City is in the process of scheduling a joint work session with the Ramsey County Board to <br />discuss the reuse of the TCAAP property for parks and open space, and to discuss the County's <br />interest in obtaining the land for parks and open space use. <br />Schedule of Conference Calls with General Services Administration (GSA) <br />The City is working with Kevin Legare of the GSA, to develop a schedule of bi-weekly <br />conference calls related to the GSA's planned public sale of the TCAAP property. <br />Meetint with MPCA <br />A meeting with MPCA to discuss issues related to the clean-up of the TCAAP property is <br />scheduled for Monday afternoon, August 31 An update regarding the meeting will be provided <br />at the Council meeting. <br />
