MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 14, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Update <br />Conference Call with General Services Administration (GSA) <br />A conference call with Kevin Legare of the GSA is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />September 14. The call will be an opportunity to obtain an update regarding the status and <br />timing of the elements of the GSA's planned public sale process, discuss <br />information/requirements to be included in the Invitation for Bid, and discuss how and when <br />City information regarding the property gets provided to potential buyers. A summary of the call <br />will be provided at the Council meeting. <br />Meeting with Ramsey County Board <br />A date for a joint work session with the Ramsey County Board to discuss the reuse of the <br />TCAAP property for parks and open space, and to discuss the County's interest in obtaining the <br />land for parks and open space use, will be finalized at the September 14 TCAAP work session. <br />
