MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 9, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />FROM: Sue Iverson <br />SUBJECT: Resolution 2009-023 <br />Appointment of Arlene Mitchell to the <br />Financial Planning and Advisory Committee <br />BACKGROUND <br />There are two open positions on the Financial Planning and Advisory Committee. Arlene <br />Mitchell has submitted a City Commission / Committee Application Form to become a member <br />of this committee. The Committee Chair, Scott Bronson, Council Liaison Stan Harpstead, and I <br />have reviewed the application and interviewed Ms. Mitchell.
