MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 14, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Reimbursable Expenses <br />Backiround <br />The City is in the process of resolving differences with Ryan Companies regarding reimbursable <br />expenses incurred related to the TCAAP project. The Council is scheduled to discuss the status <br />of the resolution process at the September 14 TCAAP work session. Based on the discussion at <br />the work session, staff will request direction from the Council regarding moving to a resolution. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion to provide direction to staff regarding moving to a resolution of the TCAAP <br />reimbursable expenses. <br />
