MEMORANDUM <br />Item 1.1) <br />DATE: September 14, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Ramsey County Board Work Session Date <br />BACKGROUND <br />There are two potential dates for a work session with the Ramsey County Board regarding the <br />regional park concept on the TCAAP property. These are October 20 and November 10. Four <br />Council members are available on October 20, and five council members are available on <br />November 10. There is a concern that if the initial meeting with the County Board does not <br />occur until November 10, it would be difficult for the Board to consider and take action by the <br />end of the year regarding being the entity to take the TCAAP property. The Board is currently <br />holding both dates open. <br />Council Direction Requested <br />Provide direction regarding the date for the work session with the Ramsey County Board. <br />
