MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 28, 2009 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Update <br />Conference Call with General Services Administration (GSA) <br />A conference call with Kevin Legare of the GSA is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />September 28. The call will be an opportunity to obtain an update regarding the status and <br />timing of the elements of the GSA's planned public sale process, and to discuss <br />information/requirements to be included in the Invitation for Bid. A summary of the call will be <br />provided at the Council meeting. <br />Meeting with Ramsey County Board <br />The Council will meet in a joint work session with the Ramsey County Board on Tuesday, <br />October 20 to discuss the reuse of the TCAAP property for parks and open space, and to discuss <br />the County's interest in obtaining the land for parks and open space use. <br />
