The following types of alcoholic beverage licenses may, be issued in the <br />City of .Arden Hills: <br />l . Off -Sale Intoxicatin Liquor. An Off --Sale Intoxicatinor Liquor License shall <br />only be issued to exclusive liquor stores. <br />2. On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor.
