Overview of Request: <br />First Student operates under an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) that was granted in <br />1994, in Planning Case 93-015, to Reco, Inc, the previous property owner. The CUP allows <br />the property to be used as a school bus terminal under certain conditions. The bus terminal <br />has been in existence in this location for several decades. The CUP approved as part of <br />Planning Case 93-015 was an attempt to minimize the impacts of the business on surrounding <br />residential properties.
