The Special Use Permit will be subject to review if the above <br />conditions are not met, other concerns are observed, or a change <br />in the bus terminal operator occurs. Staff will work with the <br />applicant on the realignment or removal of a curb cut to encourage <br />a two entrance plan. <br />B. Condition 7 above shall be amended to read that the number of buses <br />allowed to operate and park at this location is limited to one hundred fifty <br />(150) large buses and a maximum of one hundred seventy-five (175) buses <br />from September 1 through June 15, and a maximum of one hundred fifty <br />(150) buses during the remainder of the year. <br />C. The applicant shall implement a pavement improvement plan, subject to the <br />approval of the City Planner, by March 26, 2010. <br />D. The applicant shall implement a landscaping plan substantially similar to the <br />originally approved landscaping plan, subject to the approval of the City <br />Planner, by March 26, 2010. <br />E. Buses shall not be permitted to be parked on any surface other than the hard <br />surface of the designated parking area. <br />F.
