3. The projected number of new employees to be added to the applicant's permanent work force because of the project {for Commercial, industrial or Health Care only}, While initially the construction of the 70,000 square foot Community life Commons will only directly result in the additional employment of a few regular maintenance and custodial employees, the student growth that is expected to occur due to the addition of this new building will result in additional faculty, student development, and support services staff in the coming years. Student ,growth from the present 1,700 Student FTE level to the ultimately desired 2,400 Student FTE level is projected to result in approximately 150 additional faculty and staff positions plus an additional 300-400 student employment positions. The addition of the building is a key and integral component necessary for Northwestern's ability to grog and serve its future student enrollment. 4. other financing attempted or available to the Project including any interim financing.
