3. The projected number of new employees to be added to the applicant's permanent work force <br />because of the project {for Commercial, industrial or Health Care only}, <br />While initially the construction of the 70,000 square foot Community life Commons will <br />only directly result in the additional employment of a few regular maintenance and <br />custodial employees, the student growth that is expected to occur due to the addition <br />of this new building will result in additional faculty, student development, and support <br />services staff in the coming years. Student ,growth from the present 1,700 Student FTE <br />level to the ultimately desired 2,400 Student FTE level is projected to result in <br />approximately 150 additional faculty and staff positions plus an additional 300-400 <br />student employment positions. The addition of the building is a key and integral <br />component necessary for Northwestern's ability to grog and serve its future student <br />enrollment. <br />4. other financing attempted or available to the Project including any interim financing. <br />As part of its ability to provide funding for this project, Northwestern conducted and <br />concluded a 3 year capital funding campaign. An additional source of funding for the <br />project Northwestern will be the application and reallocation other internal assets. See <br />the proforma analysis of the project in Appendix F. <br />5. Statement regarding whether or not this project has all required city approvals.
