Give brief description of the nature of business, principal products, etc. <br />Founded in 1902, Northwestern College is a nondenominational Christian college that <br />integrates the educational philosophy of "faith, learning and living„ through two focuses: higher <br />education and media, <br />The higher education focus offers a vast array of opportunities within a strong academic <br />program. Northwestern offers 45 bachelor degrees ranging from elementary education, <br />business and pastoral studies to broadcasting/electronic media and psychology, and offers two <br />master's degrees in organizational leadership and theological studies. <br />The core component is the traditional day -school program, which enrolls over 1,700 students of <br />which somewhat over 1,200 are residential students in college provided housing. Graduate and <br />continuing education programs serving over 900 students, include FOGS degree completion, <br />Center for Distance Education, Center for Graduate Studies, and the Christian Center for <br />Communications in Quito, Ecuador.
