Park CIP Discussion — I l/16/09 <br />considered at a future date. The PTRC is interested in Council reconsidering this project for <br />2010. Staff included the irrigation information, including photos presented at the PTRC meeting <br />in October (attachment A). In addition, staff included a CIP worksheet for this project in 2010, <br />in case the Council would like to move forward on this project next year. <br />Lexington Avenue Trail Replacement ($50,000): The City Council directed staff to move this <br />project to 2010. <br />Lexington Avenue Trail ($62,6: The City Council directed staff to move this to 2010 and <br />approach the businesses along this corridor to seek a fifty percent cost sharing for the <br />construction of this trail. The Community Development Director and Parks and Recreation <br />Manager are currently in contact with the Shannon Square Property Manager to begin <br />discussions on how to approach the businesses and to seek support on cooperating on this <br />prof ect. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff has provided project updates and information for discussion purposes. <br />3 <br />
