AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Arden Village Workforce Housing Concept Proposal <br /> Community Development Director Lehnhoff presented the City Council with <br /> information on the Arden Village Workforce Housing concept for a 55 affordable <br /> unit building at 1296 County Road F. He explained this property was immediately <br /> west of the Land O'Lakes headquarters. <br /> Community Development Director Lehnhoff indicated the proposal was <br /> requesting a letter of support from the Council for a housing tax credit application <br /> with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, as well as financial support from the <br /> City.
