Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Chair Straumann asked for a motion to approve the minutes of May 19, 2009. Ms. <br /> Pederson moved, seconded by Ms Falkowski, that the minutes of May 19, 2009 be <br /> approved as amended, the amendment moving Ms. Pederson from Staff Present list to <br /> Members Present list. Motion carried. <br /> Chair Straumann asked for a motion to approve the minutes of September 8, 2009. Ms. <br /> Pederson moved, seconded by Ms. Falkowski, that the minutes of September 8, 2009 <br /> be approved as mailed. Motion carried. <br /> KELLER REGIONAL PARK MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT PROCESS/SCHEDULE <br /> Ramsey County and the City of St. Paul have received Legacy grant funding to update <br /> the Keller-Phalen Regional Park Master Plan. Ramsey County received $20,000 to aid <br /> in this process. A joint committee will be established consisting of, in part, <br /> representatives from the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, the City of Maplewood and <br /> the Watershed District. Ms. Petersen volunteered to serve on the committee as a <br /> representative of the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Commission. Chair <br /> Straumann also offered to participate as his schedule permits. John Moriarty of the <br /> Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Department will be responsible for the natural <br /> resources portion of the Master Plan. <br /> i <br />
