T�e <br />COL�TY s�al� nar�e the ��i[:�IC IPALITY as an additio�a� insured on <br />t�ese policies except for t�.� v�or�ers' co�pensatio� �olicy. The <br />��IC�NICIl'A.�.,ITY agrees to �ay, as a part of the actual cost as provided i� <br />Sect�o� 6 below, a pro rata s�are of t�e C�[�TY'S insurance cosis. <br />These cos�s sha�l in�lude �he costs for any assessments and credits for ar�y <br />dividends by participating in any insurance pool� or trusts. The COLT�TTY <br />rnay elect io s�lf-�nsure all or any portion of these r�sks.
