Recommend Approval: Motion to recommend approval of Resolution 2009-001 finding that <br />a modification to the development program for Development District No. 1 and a <br />modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 <br />conform to the Comprehensive Plan for the development and redevelopment of the City. <br />2. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Resolution 2009-001 finding that a <br />modification to the development program for Development District No. 1 and a modification <br />to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 conform to <br />the Comprehensive Plan for the development and redevelopment of the City. <br />Deadline for ALYency Actions <br />This item is time sensitive. If the City decides to extend the district, it must be approved before <br />TIF District No. 3 expires at the end of 2009.
