�fiV EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009-039 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br />EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six <br />hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month, per employee toward <br />bargaining unit employees benefits; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six <br />hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month, per employee toward non - <br />bargaining unit employees benefits provided they participate in the City's HSA plan; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of <br />100% single coverage or six hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month <br />for family coverage, per employee toward non -bargaining unit employee benefits provided they <br />participate in the City's Co -Pay plan; <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br />approve the contribution toward bargaining and non -bargaining unit employee benefits as stated <br />above. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />14th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2009. <br />Stan Harpstead, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ronald J.
