The 2011 — 2014 CIP will be <br />reviewed at the January worksession and brought forward to the last meeting in January <br />for approval to be included in the budget submission for the GFOA and serve as a plan to <br />calculate the long-range financial plan and analysis. Only the 2010 plan is included in <br />the budget amounts for 2010. <br />Council Action <br />Staff recommends that the Council approve the 2010 budget, tax levies, and Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2010 as per the following Resolutions: <br />1. Motion to approve the 2010 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) as presented in the <br />amount of $3,105,335. <br />2. Adopt Resolution 2009-40, a Resolution adopting the proposed 2010 Budget in <br />the amount of $11,2625180. <br />3.
