Meagan, <br />From 1993-95 I was director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of St. <br />Paul. During that time we built the Xcel Center, Science Museum, Lawson Software <br />Building, etc. There is always someone who will object to progress. I think what the <br />Ranallo's are proposing is exactly what this neighborhood needs, ie constantly upgrading <br />of its housing stock. My wife and I are 100% in favor of this proposal. <br />
