We give permission to the Maloney's fence contractor to come onto our property because the fence contractor will nail boards to the fence frame and posts with the nails being pounded from our side of the fence going in toward the Maloney's side of the fence for the remainder of the fence construction so our side of the fence will begin to be the face of the fence in accordance with the City of Arden Hills ordinance. The facing will be applied to the fence posts with nails pounded from our side of the fence toward the Maloney's side of the fence. We also expect that that the contractor will make sure that the highest and best quality side of each board will face our side of the fence to again satisfy the City of Arden Hills ordinance requirement that our side of the fence be the "face" of the fence. We will sign off on the document and hand it to the fence contractor immediately so he can come onto our property to accomplish the items mention above. I We also expect to hear from City of Arden Hills staff today as it relates to the other fence issues outlined in our email sent at 8.55arn this morning so there are no misunderstanding on these issue if the contractor's work over this weekend.
