EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION No. 2010-001 <br /> Resolution relating to the organization of the City of Arden Hills <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota (City) as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1. Official Depository., Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02, <br /> Subdivision 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official <br /> depositories for municipal funds: <br /> a) US Bank <br /> b) Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union <br /> c) Wells Fargo Bank,N.A. <br /> Investment Brokers: <br /> a) Dain Rauscher Corporation <br /> b) Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC <br /> c) Wells Fargo Securities, LLC <br /> d) 4M Fund sponsored by LMC (liquid asset and plus funds) <br /> e) Wells Fargo Advisors <br /> Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the <br /> City Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br /> a) Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin <br /> The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br /> newspapers for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br /> Section 3. Mayor Pro-Tem. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.121, Council <br /> Member Fran Holmes is appointed Mayor Pro-Tem and is to perform the duties of the <br /> Mayor during the absence or disqualification of the Mayor or in the case of a vacancy in <br /> the office of the Mayor. <br />
