EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2010-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2010 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted December 14, 2009, fixed a date <br /> for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: <br /> Valentine Crest Road, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br /> Valentine Avenue, from Lake Valentine Road to Old Highway 10, <br /> Valentine Court, from Valentine Avenue to cul de sac, <br /> Janet Court, from Lake Valentine Road to cul de sac, -- <br /> Katie Lane, from Cleveland Avenue to 1272 feet south, <br /> Katie Court, from Katie Lane to cul de sac, and <br /> WHEREAS,ten days'mailed notice and two weeks'published notice of the hearing was <br /> given, and the hearing was held on January 11, 2010, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, - <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br /> report. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January <br /> 11, 2010. <br /> 3. WSB &Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br /> engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN H .
