ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—November 30, 2009 24 <br /> F. Report on the November 10, 2009 Closed City Council Meeting <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated that there was no action necessary by the Council. The <br /> City Council had met in closed session to discuss City Administrator Ron Moorse <br /> and this was a follow up to a May, 2009 review session. These sessions had been <br /> facilitated by Harry Bruel. It was determined that City Administrator Moorse <br /> would seek alternative options and this was endorsed by a unanimous vote of the <br /> City Council. This decision was effective November 10 in closed session and the <br /> last day for City Administrator Moorse will be January 10, 20 10. <br /> 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br /> Councilmember McClung stated the Give a Tree program sponsored by the <br /> Ramsey County Friends of the Parks is currently going on. This program does not <br /> replace the program in the spring but is another opportunity for residents to donate <br /> trees to the City's parks. <br /> ADJOURN — <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to adiourn.
