(ACS) for animal control <br />services for a number of years. The 2010 budgeted amount for this service is $6,000 and <br />the 2009 actual cost was $8,303.60. The 2010 agreement is attached for Council review <br />and approval. I've listed below the changes in the 2010 agreement: <br />Patrol $37 3 hours per week between 8:00 a.m, and 4:00 p.m. (October — March) <br />$36 in 2009 agreement <br />Patrol $37 3 hours per week between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (April — Sept.) <br />This item is a�eduction in the hou�s of service for the specifzed months <br />which was not reflected in the 2009 ag�eement. <br />Call tJut $74 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Monday — Friday except holidays) <br />$72 in 2009 ag�eement <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the 2010 Animal Control Services agreement for <br />the period from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion to approve the 2010 Animal Control Services agreement with Animal Control <br />Services for the period from January l, 2010 through December 31, 2010. <br />
