EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: January 25, 2010 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br />FROM: Sue Iverson, Acting City Administrator <br />Finance Director/Treasurer <br />SUBJECT: City Council Pay Schedule <br />Back�round <br />Previously the City Council had adopted a resolution to receive salary payment on a <br />quarterly basis until such time as the Council determined they want to be paid in another <br />regularly scheduled basis. <br />At the January 19, 2010 worksession, the City Council directed staff to bring forth a <br />resolution to change the pay schedule to either quarterly or annually in June.
