�` . : _ I ....� : . _ CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE UF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2010-005 A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN A ELECTRIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE WAY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing on the 25th day of January, 2010, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by Minnesota Statutes 412. 851 and 462.3 5 8, subd. 7; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the public's interest in: That part of Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block 1, ARDEN PLAZA, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at a northwesterly corner of said Lot 4, said corner being common with the southerly right of way line of County Road E; thence South 00 degrees 3 5 minutes 48 seconds East, assumed bearing along a westerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 10.05 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance of 217.80 feet; thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 157.33 feet to a point on the northerly line of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating. WHEREAS, all of the above-referenced easement is known as the "Easement for Underground Electric Utility & Pedestrian & Bicycle Way Purposes" as recorded in Document No. 708239 and is hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Easement"; and WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it is in the public's interest to vacate the Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby vacates the public's interest in the Easement and directs the City Administrator to � le a certi�'ied copy of this Resolution with the Ramsey County, Minnesota Recorder.
