Any facility, public or private, which for gain or <br />otherwise, regularly provides one or more persons with care, training, supervision, <br />habilitation, rehabilitation or developmental guidance on a regular basis, for periods <br />of less than twenty-four (24) hours per day, in a place other than the person's own <br />home, including but not limited to family day care homes, group family day care <br />homes, day care centers, day nurseries, nursery schools, preschool programs, daytime <br />activity centers, day treatment programs and day services. <br />Su-!a�#�HSubd. 45Density. Any business establishment offering to <br />customers a service which is primarily or exclusively laid out, designed, equipped or <br />operated so as to allow its customers to purchase and receive such service without <br />having to enter the building and usually while remaining in their automobiles.
