A building or space for the repair or maintenance <br />of motor vehicles, including body work, painting and vehicle wash, and incidental <br />display and sales of automotive products but not including factory assembly of such <br />vehicles, auto wrecking, or junkyards. <br />Sand:- 7 Subd. 77Garage, truck. A building that is used or intended to be used for <br />the storage of motor trucks, truck trailers, tractors and commercial vehicles exceeding <br />one -ton rated capacity. <br />Ste.
