The space remaining on a lot after the <br />minimum landscape area, open space and setback requirements of this Code have <br />been net. <br />S Subd. 94Lot area per family. The lot area per family is the lot area required <br />by this Code to be provided for each family in a dwelling. <br />Subd. 95Lot, buildable portion of. (Building Envelope) The area of a lot <br />on which a principal structure may be placed. The portion of a lot remaining after the <br />minimum building setbacks have been met. (Lot area, net buildable, is more limiting <br />as other deductions are included). <br />. 1 Subd. 96Lot, corner. A lot situated at and abutting on the intersection of <br />two (2) or more streets having an angle of intersection of not more than one hundred <br />thirty-five (135) degrees. A lot abutting upon a curve street shall be deemed a corner <br />lot if the tangents to the curve at its point of beginning within the lot or at the points <br />of intersection of the side lot lines with the street line intersect at the interior angle of <br />less than one hundred thirty-five (135) degrees. A corner lot shall maintain front yard <br />requirements for each street frontage. <br />Su-b"Subd. 97Lot coverage. The total allowable amount of lot area, expressed as <br />a percentage, which may be covered by a principal use and its accessory structures. <br />Quit -we] 98Lot depth. The mean horizontal distance between the mean front <br />road and the mean rear lot line. The greater frontage of a corner lot is its depth, and <br />its lesser frontage is its width. <br />Su . Subd. 99 Lot line. A property boundary line of any lot held in single <br />or separate ownership or separately described; except that where any portion of the <br />lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the street <br />or alley line. <br />2bd:01Subd. 100 Lot line, front. The boundary of a lot abutting a street. On- <br />a <br />na corner lot, the shortest street lot line shall be the front lot line. <br />Subd. 101 Lot line, rear. The lot line most nearly parallel to and most <br />remote from the front lot line. <br />Subd. 102 Lot line, side.
