The space remaining on a lot after the minimum landscape area, open space and setback requirements of this Code have been net. S Subd. 94Lot area per family. The lot area per family is the lot area required by this Code to be provided for each family in a dwelling. Subd. 95Lot, buildable portion of. (Building Envelope) The area of a lot on which a principal structure may be placed. The portion of a lot remaining after the minimum building setbacks have been met. (Lot area, net buildable, is more limiting as other deductions are included). . 1 Subd. 96Lot, corner. A lot situated at and abutting on the intersection of two (2) or more streets having an angle of intersection of not more than one hundred thirty-five (135) degrees. A lot abutting upon a curve street shall be deemed a corner lot if the tangents to the curve at its point of beginning within the lot or at the points of intersection of the side lot lines with the street line intersect at the interior angle of less than one hundred thirty-five (135) degrees.
