WA • • <br />Q LL . Shoreland Alterations. <br />Subd. 7 <br />A. Removal of vegetation. The removal of vegetation <br />shall be restricted to prevent erosion into protected waters, to consume <br />nutrients in the soil, and to preserve shoreland aesthetics. Removal of <br />na vegetation in the shoreland management districts shall be subject <br />to the following provisions: <br />-1. In Shore Impact Zones and on steep_slopes, limited clearing of <br />trees and shrubs for access to the shoreline, and cutting.,prunin , and <br />trimmin of trees is allowed provided that a minimum of seventy-five <br />(75) percent of the Shore Impact Zone be left in its natural state. <br />2.
