Select a TCAAP Worksession Schedulefor 2010 (continued) <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to Approve The TCAAP Work Session Meetings to be <br /> Held Prior to The Regular City Council Meetings from 5.30 to <br /> 7:00 p.m. on an as needed basis. <br /> Councilmember Grant emphasized that the meetings would be on an as needed <br /> basis only. <br /> Councilmember McClung asked if moving the regular Council meetings to <br /> Tuesday would work better for the Council. A change like this would require a <br /> change in the City's By-Laws. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated Tuesdays would work better for her. <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated this was a legitimate request that could be looked into <br /> after a City Administrator is hired. <br /> Councilmember Grant asked if 6:00 start time would work better. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated 6:00 would be a better start time. <br /> MOTION: Manor Harpstead and Councilmember Holmes accepted a friendly <br /> amendment to the motion to change the time of the TCAAP work <br /> session meetings to start at 6:00 p.m. The motion carried (4-1). <br /> Ayes — Mayor Harpstead, Councilmembers McClung, Grant, <br /> Holmes <br /> Nays — Councilmember Holden <br /> Mayor Harpstead directed Staff to explore changing the City Council meetings to <br /> Tuesday and bring this back to the Council at a future date. <br /> 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> A. Approve a Payment in the Amount of $55,975.00 to the Lake <br /> Johanna Fire Department which is the City's Share of the Second <br /> of Three Annual Payments for the Demonstrator Ladder Truck <br /> Purchased in 2008 with the Funds to Come from the 2010 Budget <br />
