ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—January 11, 2010 28 <br /> 9. Council Comments and Requests (continued) <br /> The City currently has several openings including an opening on the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated Northwest Youth and Family Services had requested the <br /> Mayor sign a letter of support to Representative McCollum's office. He pointed <br /> out that these types of requests would need to be brought to the Council for review. <br /> Northwest Youth and Family Services removed the Mayor name from the <br /> document and sent it in. He stated that the process of bringing these types of <br /> requests forward should be discussed in a work session. <br /> Councilmember Grant stated the Planning Commission had unanimously decided <br /> to uphold Staffs decision regarding a fence. This case will be appealed and be <br /> coming before the Council and this should not be included on the Consent <br /> Calendar. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to adiourn. The motion carried unanimously <br /> (5-0)0 <br /> Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting at 10:12 p.m. <br /> a Harp ad <usan K.
