x,----ARZEN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 8, 2010 <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Sue Iverson, Acting City Administrator <br /> FROM: James Lehnhoff, Community Development Director <br /> SUBJECT: TCAAP Reuse and Public Sale,Update <br /> General Service Administration (GSA) Conference Call <br /> The conference call with the GSA will not be held on Monday, February 8, 2010. The next GSA <br /> conference call is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 22. <br /> Updates <br /> The letter to the GSA outlining the City's questions and concerns was sent to Kevin Legare on _ <br /> Tuesday,February 2. <br /> During the January 25 conference call with the GSA, Mr. Legare requested a letter outlining the <br /> reasons the proposed 150 foot wide trail corridor along the eastern property line of TCAAP and <br /> the southern border of the Wildlife Corridor should be transferred to Ramsey County. Staff is <br /> working with Greg Mack, Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Director, to prepare that letter <br /> and send it to the GSA. The purpose of the letter is to support Mr. Legare's efforts to move <br /> forward with the trail corridor transfer. <br /> In accordance with the Special City Council meeting that was held on February 1, staff is <br /> sending a written response to Shoreview regarding their recent meeting proposal. Staff is also <br /> preparing information for the February 16 City Council worksession to discuss a process for <br /> sharing information with area cities and the County along with a review of the overall planning <br /> process. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
