Ordinance 2010-004 <br />stormwater infiltration, provide natural view sheds, and screen <br />structures and parking areas as viewed from public waters. <br />Subd. 3 Statutory Authorization. This Section is adopted pursuant to the authorization <br />contained in furtherance of the policies declared in Minnesota Statutes Chapters 105 and <br />462 and Minnesota Regulations Parts 6120.2500-6120.3900. <br />Subd. 4 Abrogation and Greater Restrictions. It shall not be intended by this Section to <br />repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. <br />However, where this Section imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this Section <br />shall prevail. <br />Subd.5 Jurisdiction. This Section shall apply to all lands located within the <br />boundaries of the shoreland. <br />1330.02 Shoreland Management Districts and Uses. <br />Subd. 1 Classification of Lakes. In order to guide the wise development and utilization <br />of shorelands of protected waters for the preservation of water quality, natural <br />characteristics, economic values and general health, safety and welfare, certain protected <br />waters in the City have been given a shoreland management classification. These <br />protected waters of the City have been classified below consistent with the criteria found <br />in Minnesota Regulations, Part 6120.3 3 00, and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subd.2 Establishment of Shoreland Management Districts; Zoning Map. The <br />boundaries of the Shoreland Management Districts are hereby continued as shown on the <br />map entitled "Official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, Minnesota," which map shall be <br />properly approved and filed in the office of the City Administrator.
