The purpose of this study is to determine the traffic impacts on the adjacent roadway network related to the proposed development and recommend improvements to provide acceptable intersection operations, if necessary. This study includes an operations analysis during the a.m. and p.m. peak hours of the roadway network for existing and future build conditions, and a review of historical crash information to determine safety issues. The proposed Arden Village development is located south of the Boston Scientific campus (formerly Guidant). A 20-year campus master plan was developed in 2002 to document future additional development on campus and its potential impact on the adj acent roadway network. Therefore, the traffic study conducted and discussed herein includes a separate operations analysis that documents the cumulative impacts from the adj acent development and the proposed Arden Village development. EXISTING CONDITIONS Traffic operations were analyzed at the following key intersections: • County Road F and Hamline Avenue (Southbound) • County Road F and Hamline Avenue (Northbound) • County Road F and Boston Scientific West Driveway • County Road F and Innovation Way • County Road F and Lexington Avenue
