The purpose of this study is to determine the traffic impacts on the adjacent <br />roadway network related to the proposed development and recommend improvements to provide <br />acceptable intersection operations, if necessary. This study includes an operations analysis <br />during the a.m. and p.m. peak hours of the roadway network for existing and future build <br />conditions, and a review of historical crash information to determine safety issues. <br />The proposed Arden Village development is located south of the Boston Scientific campus <br />(formerly Guidant). A 20-year campus master plan was developed in 2002 to document future <br />additional development on campus and its potential impact on the adj acent roadway network. <br />Therefore, the traffic study conducted and discussed herein includes a separate operations <br />analysis that documents the cumulative impacts from the adj acent development and the proposed <br />Arden Village development. <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />Traffic operations were analyzed at the following key intersections: <br />• County Road F and Hamline Avenue (Southbound) <br />• County Road F and Hamline Avenue (Northbound) <br />• County Road F and Boston Scientific West Driveway <br />• County Road F and Innovation Way <br />• County Road F and Lexington Avenue <br />
