To account for the potential <br />de�velopment �hat was inciuded in the master p�an by year 2012, add�t�onal tr�ps for the foilowing <br />��ston Sc�entifie expansian were inc�uc�ed i� a second build anaiysis: <br />� Building K— 259,200 Gross Squa�-e Feet (GSF) of off�ce space <br />� Buildings H, J, and �— 332,000 GSF o� office space <br />� Pa�king Ramp Nu�nber 5— 90Q parking spaces <br />• Parking Ramp N�mt�ers 2, 3, and 6— 2,050 parking �paces <br />• The assoc�ated building �oeat�on �i�ure is attached in the appendix <br />�he poten��a� Boston Scie�rt�f�e c�eve�apments listed above are exp�eted ta generate <br />approximately 922 a.m. �nc� 88 � p.m. peak hour trips.
