The number of crashes by location ran�ec� from a h�gh of �8 <br />reported at CR F and Lexington Aver�ue to a Iow o� two (2) reported a� CR F and Innovat�on <br />�ay. <br />o The only inte�-section in t�e area that has significant crash issues is at CIZ F and Hamline <br />Avenue (Northbound). <br />• The proposed Arden Village deveiopment is �ocated south of CR � between Haml�ne Avenue <br />and �,exington A�enue. The development will consist of � 55-un�t workfo�-ce apartment <br />bui�ding. <br />• I�esu�ts of the year 20� 2 buile� operations analysis with existin� roadway geometr-ics �ndicate <br />that a�l �ey ir�tersections will continue to operate a� an overail acceptab�e level of service D <br />or bet�er during t�e �.m. and p.m. peak hours (si�nilar to existing conditions}. <br />� Resuits of the year 2012 bu�ld witn Arden Village on�y oper�tions analysis ind�cate that all <br />key intersect�ons, v�ith the exception of one, wiil continue to operate at ar� overalI acceptable <br />LOS C or better during the a.m. and p.m. peak hours �v�th recommendec� �eo�netric �ayout <br />and upc�ated sigr�al timing. The ir�tersectian of County Road F and Hamline Avenue <br />(Northbound) �ri1� conti�ue to operate a� an unacceptable �,OS F durin� the p.m. peak hour <br />w�thout any short-term �mprovements recommended. Hawev�r it �s not expected to <br />s�g�i�cantly impact operat�ons a� the s�te aceess along CR F. <br />• Results of �he year 2012 build with Boston Scientif�c operations analysis incl�cate that tvvo <br />key intersectians are expected to aperate at unaceeptab�e levels of service c�urir�g the p.m. <br />pea� ho�r w�th previously recom�nended Improvements. <br />• To address t�e operational and safety �ssues �nder future year 20� 2 bui�d w�th Bos�on <br />Scientif�c candit�ons, the follow�ng improve�ents are �ecommended: <br />, <br />o Instal�ation of a traffc sig�a� at CR F and Innovation �Vay is �xpected to improve the <br />overall intersect�on level of service to an acceptable LOS B and LOS C dur�ng the a.m. <br />and p.m. peak hours, respectively. <br />a Construc� an additional nor�hbound �eft-turn �ane at CR F and Lexin�ton Avenue.
