Qn the 8th day of Ma�ch, 201�, the Arden Hills City Council <br />reviewed the reports, comrr�ents and recomm�ndations of the Arc�en Hills �'la�.n�n� <br />staff ar�d consultants, the reports and comr�ents of the Deve�op�r, t�e <br />recommendati�ns of t�e Arden Hills Planning Corr�r�ission, and r�etermin�d tl�at ��� <br />proposed CUP Amendr�ent is: <br />A. Is �n compliance with the City's Comprehens�ve Plan. <br />B. Is ir� co�npliance �vit� the City's Zor�ing Regulation�. <br />C.
