The PUD Mas�er Plan for <br />the MR and 1V�B Districts sha11 eonfarm to the fo�lowing process �nless speci�cally <br />v�aived b}� the City �ouncil. <br />A. Procedure. The �rst step in the PUD re�lew process is to apply for a <br />PUD Master Plan.
