.,,--ARZEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT FOR THE 2009 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on August 10, 2009 for <br /> the 2009 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project, Visu-Sewer, Inc., of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, has <br /> satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this contract; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to issue a <br /> proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O ARDEN HI S THINS <br /> 29th DAY OF MARCH, 2010. <br /> tanley D. rpstead, Wyor <br /> ATTES <br /> Susan .
