Urdinance 201 �-048 <br />Subd. 86 Jun�yard. An open area where waste, used or second-�and materials are <br />bought, soid, exchanged, stored, baled, packed, disass��bled or handled, including but <br />not limited to, s�rap iron and ot�er m�tals, pap�r, rags, r�bber, �ires and bott�es. A <br />��n.�cyard inclu�les a vehicle wrecking yara but does not include uses established entirely <br />wit�in enclosed buiidings. <br />Subd. 8� i,and reclarnation. �'he deposition of mor� than four hund�ed (400} cubic <br />yards o�san�, gravel, or other earth rr�ate�ials per single parc�i or per acre, whi�hever is <br />great�r, on a site in such a rr�anne� as to elevate the grade. <br />�ubd. 88 Landscape �ot area. That por-tlon of a lot requi�-ed ta �e�ain as open space, <br />free of b�iidings, �arking and drives. <br />Landscape lot areas may consist of: <br />A.
