Urdinance 2� 10-008 <br />Sc�bd. 168 Sigr�ifican� Tree. A tree that is �mportant to t�e s�te and the neighborhood <br />character, that is st�-uctural�y sound an� healthy, and that meets at le�st or�e of th� <br />fo�lowing s�andards� (Revised �4/28/OS) <br />�. A deciduou� hardwood tree that is at Ieast ten � I�} calipe� inches, �ncluding <br />�ut not �imited �o, ironwaod, catalpa, oak, hard map�e, walr�ut, ��cl�ory, birch, <br />b�ack c�e�r�, hackberry, lo�ust an� basswood. <br />2. � de�i�uous softwood tree that is at �east tv�e�ve { 12) caliper incl�es, <br />including but not �imited to, cottonwood, pop�ars/asp�n, box elder, w�llow, <br />silver maple and el�n. <br />3. .� co�iferous evergreen tree having fo�iage on the outermost portio� of the <br />b�-ancl�es �ear-round and vv�ich is at leas� f�teen { I 5� �eet or �ore i� heighto <br />4e A g�-oup of dec�duous trees that are at least eight �8) ca�iper inches or <br />coniferous trees that are a� least f fteen �� 5) feet i� heig�t, that provide a <br />b�ffer or screening aiong an adjacen� pub��c stree� o�r bet�veen differing land <br />uses. <br />Subd. 169 Sail �rocessing.
