Structurally dr}r flood proo�ng shall meet ihe FP-1 or FP-2 <br />flood p�-oaf ng classif cation in �he �ta�e �uilding Code a�d �his s�a1l require <br />making the structure wa�ertight �v�t� the �va�ls su�stantially in�per�eabie to <br />the �assage of wate�- ar�d with structura� co�nponents having �he ca�ab��ity of <br />resist�ng hydrostat�c a�d �yd�-od}��amic �oads and the effe�ts of bua}�ancy. <br />Structures �lood proofed ta the FP-3 and FP-4 classif cat�on s�ali not be <br />permitted. <br />E.
