Existing condominlu�n type associations. <br />Subd. 3 Recrea�iona� veh�cles exernpted in this Section �ose this exe�pt�on w�en <br />developrnen� occurs on the parcel exceeding $50� for a st�cturai ac�dition to the <br />recre��ional vehicle or exceeding $500 for an accessory structure such as a garage or <br />storage building. T�e recreational �ehicle and al� ad�itions a�d accesso�-y st�-uctures vvi�l <br />t�e� be �reated as a ne� st�cture �.r�d s�a�I be subject �o the e�evatio�l�ood pro�fing <br />req�irements and the use of land restrictions specif ed in Sections 1335.4.4 and S.a of <br />this �rdinar�ce.
