Recrea�ional vehicles are exen�pt from t�e provisions o� th�s <br />flrdinance i�t�ey are piaced in any of the areas �iste� in Sectian 9.3� belov� a�t� fur�her <br />�hey rneet t�e fo�lovving criteria: <br />A. �-Iave curreni licenses r�qu��-ed for �ighwa� use_ <br />B. Are �ighway ready meaning or� w�ee�s o�- the interr�al jacking syste�n, are <br />a�tac�ed to the s��e on�y b� quick d�sconnect t�pe utilities comr�on�y use� in <br />campgrounds and recreational �ehie�e parks and t�e recrea�ional vehic�e has <br />n� permar�en� struct�rai type additio�s attached to it. <br />C. �'he recreationa� vehicle and assoc�ated use must be permissible �r� any <br />pre-existing, u�derl}ring zoning use district. <br />Subd. 2 �reas Exemp�ed �o� Placement of Recreational �Tehicles: <br />A. Individua� �ots or parcels of record. <br />�. Existing co�nmercial recreational vehicle parks o�- camp�rounds. <br />C. Existing condominlu�n type associations. <br />Subd. 3 Recrea�iona� veh�cles exernpted in this Section �ose this exe�pt�on w�en <br />developrnen� occurs on the parcel exceeding $50� for a st�cturai ac�dition to the <br />recre��ional vehicle or exceeding $500 for an accessory structure such as a garage or <br />storage building. T�e recreational �ehicle and al� ad�itions a�d accesso�-y st�-uctures vvi�l <br />t�e� be �reated as a ne� st�cture �.r�d s�a�I be subject �o the e�evatio�l�ood pro�fing <br />req�irements and the use of land restrictions specif ed in Sections 1335.4.4 and S.a of <br />this �rdinar�ce. T�ere shall be no �evelopment or irnpro�emen� on �he parcel or <br />a�tachr�er�t to the reereationai vehicle that �ir�ders the removal oft�e recreatianal vehicle <br />�o a #laod �ree loca�ion s�oul�i �looding occur. <br />Subd, 4 Ivew camn��rcial recreationai veh�c�e �arks or cam�g�ounds an� new <br />resident�al type subdivisit�ns and eondom�nium associat�ons and �he expansion o� any <br />exist�ng sirr��lar use excee�di�g fve (S} units or dwell��g s�tes shal� be subject �o the <br />fo�low�ng: <br />A.
