Since the entire <br /> development would not be built at the same time, it may be necessary to subdivide the <br /> sections that are being built from sections that will not be built until a later date. <br /> o Removing the ability to subdivide before the remediation is complete may significantly -- <br /> hamper the ability to redevelop the property. However, the City and MPCA can add <br /> provisions that ensure that the remediation in a subdivided area is completed. <br /> • Section 1320.135 Subd. 16, "Planned Unit Development Final Plan" - <br /> o Page 20-22: This section has been restructured and amended to provide clarity to the <br /> PUD Final Plan process.
