• Review the proposed regulations for general consistency with Minnesota laws. <br /> This analysis is anticipated to be completed by April 5. That report will become the basis for <br /> their recommendations to enhance the proposed regulations. Their recommendations will then <br /> be brought to the Planning Commission and City Council for review. <br /> Although the consultant's analysis will not be completed until April 5, the worksessions with the <br /> City Council and Planning Commission will continue so that we can still gather questions and <br /> comments.
