The former TCAAP property is'a significant <br /> part of Arden Hills and its reuse will have are impact on the community. Input from <br /> the public is a vital part of the planning process. In conjunction with the City, the <br /> applicant must prepare a public engagement and information plan for the length of the <br /> planning and approval process. <br /> A. Public Meetings. The plan shall_ include a series of public meetings <br /> where the componentsn Subdivisins :5 through 15 can be addressed <br /> prior to the submission of-a' PUD Master Plan. <br /> B. Communications. The plan shall include a communications section <br /> that describes how information will be shared with the public and a <br /> schedule, <br /> C. Public:Engagement Plan Approval. The public engagement plan shall <br /> be sph ect to City approval. <br /> D. Implementation and Master Plan Review. The public engagement plan <br /> must be in progress prior to submission of the PUD Master Plan <br /> application. <br /> Subd. 4. Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan. The PUD Master Plan for <br /> the MR and MB Districts shall conform to the following process unless specifically <br /> waived by the City Council. <br /> A. Procedure. The first step in the PUD review process is to apply for a <br /> PUD Master Plan.
